It exposed the fact that I was still living from the same hustle-and-survive patterns I’d relied on before I had my son - patterns that only worked when I was responsible for myself alone. 

My nervous system never learned how to slow down. My body never learned how to rest. I was still leading my life from willpower, not capacity.

And eventually, my system said: enough.

it exposed me.

The truth is, motherhood didn’t cause my burnout.

Why certain expectations drained me. Why rest, boundaries, and pacing weren’t luxuries - they were requirements for how I was designed to function.

When I discovered Human Design, I thought it was weird and "woo" but it was the only thing that ever gave me permission to stop trying to be who I thought I should be and start honoring how my body actually works. But awareness alone wasn’t enough.

I had spent years overriding my body. Thinking my way through exhaustion. Intellectualizing stress. My nervous system needed to learn safety, not just understand new concepts.

That’s when somatic work became non-negotiable. Not as self-care rituals but as retraining my system to operate outside of survival mode. This is where real change happened.

Today, I work with high-achieving moms who are exhausted because they’re still running outdated patterns in a season that demands something different.

I don’t teach you how to “do more” or “push through.”
I help you rewire how you relate to stress, productivity, rest, and self-trust so your life actually supports your ambition instead of draining it.
